Here I created a few typical Austrian Fresh Meal Service Menus for you.
My Fresh Meal Service includes a main course with one side dish. First course and Dessert are optional and available by request for additional costs (see "Services" for further details). The full menu consisting of first course, main course with one side dish and dessert, is also available by request for additional costs.
Dinners are prepared mornings, then packaged and stored in containers that have been labeled and then placed in the fridge for your leisure.
Menus that include meat:
- #1:
First: Tomato soup with rice (Tomatensuppe mit Reis).
Main: Stuffed Cabbage Rolls with boiled potatoes (Gefülltes Kraut mit Salzerdäpfeln).
Dessert: Whisked gnocchi and vanilla sauce (Schneenockerln).
- #2:
First: Beef broth with Semolina Gnocchi (Rindsuppe mit Grießnockerln).
Main: Boiled beef with horseradish cream, creamed spinach and fried boiled potatoes (Rindfleisch mit Oberskren, Spinat und Erdäpfelschmarren).
Dessert: Stewed Apples (Apfelkompott).
- #3:
First: Cauliflower Soup (Karfiolsuppe).
Main: Fried liver with onions, noodles and green salad (Geröstete Leber mit Nudeln und grünem Salat).
Dessert: Apple Strudel (Apfelstrudel).
- #4:
First: Mushroom soup (Schwammerlsuppe).
Main: Pork Medallions Naturelles with green beans, rice, salad in season mixed with potato salad (Naturschnitzel mit Fisolen, Reis und gemixten Saison- und Erdäpfelsalat).
Dessert: "Nuns" - pears with chocolate sauce ("Klosterschwestern").
- #5:
First: Beef broth with cut Austrian pancakes (Rindsuppe mit Fritatten).
Main: Veal ragout with mixed vegetables and bread crumb dumplings (Eingemachtes Kalbfleisch mit Bröselknödeln).
Dessert: Equal weight cake with fruits in season (Gleichgewichtskuchen mit Obst).
- #6:
First: Beef broth with egg (Rindsuppe mit Ei).
Main: Vanilla Sirloin Steak (Vanillerostbraten).
Dessert: Walnut yeast Strudel (Nußstrudel).
- #7:
First: Beef Broth with Noodles (Nudelsuppe).
Main: Pork Medallions Naturelles (Naturschnitzel) with green beans and rice.
Dessert: "Apples in a dressing-gown"= apples in pastry (Äpfel im Schlafrock).

First: Green pea soup with small Gnocchis (Erbsensuppe mit Nockerln).
Main: Mushrooms with scrambled eggs and green salad (Schwammerl mit Ei und grünem Salat).
Dessert: "Fried Mice" = yeast fritters with fruit syrup (Gebackene Mäuse mit Himbeersaft).
