Meat Loaf (Faschierter Braten):
An impeccable enchantment for the purist. This is the Austrian version of this so beloved dish. It will be served with either mashed potatoes, or seasonal salads, or various vegetables.

Ground Meat Butter Cutlets (Faschiertes Butterschnitzel):
These delicious ground veal cutlets are served with a lean sauce. They are accompanied by either mashed potatoes or peas or rice or carrots.

Stephanie Meat Loaf (Stephanie-Braten):

Hunter's Meat Loaf #2 (Jägerbraten):
